Legacy Village of Salt River, a luxury senior living facility, is officially open for business after waiting for over a year due to the pandemic.

On April 28, Legacy Village held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in their center courtyard in front of staff, community partners and residents to mark the occasion.

“We are so honored and proud to have our building here in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community,” said Matt Wittwer, regional director of operations at Legacy Retirement Communities. “What wonderful partners we have with SRPMIC. We look forward to a long and lasting relationship, as we’re a part of their community. We’re grateful that we have been welcomed and for all of the support they have given to us.”

Legacy Village specializes in senior living, assisted living and memory care. It aims to distinguish itself from other senior living facilities by embracing a “Personal Touch Culture” guided by three core values: thrift, continuous improvement and personalization.

The facility has nine floor plans that range from a 318-square-foot studio apartment to a 1,266-square-foot two-bedroom apartment. Legacy Village is located at 8170 N. 90th St. in Scottsdale.
