Day School Construction Milestone Met With Topping Off Ceremony

The Salt River Cultural Resources Department along with SRPMIC leadership and Dallas Construction, celebrated a construction milestone with a “topping off” ceremony on June 9 at the former Day School site, which is being turned into a cultural center called Kavaḍ/Kushov, or “the shield” in O’odham and Piipaash respectively.
